    At Linklaters | CreateiQ, are on a mission to change the way the world thinks about legal data.

    They have built a platform to make the process of drafting, negotiating, and executing contracts much faster, smarter and more accurate - as well as help institutions unlock the incredible valuable legal and commercial data that's in their contracts.

    CreateiQ is growing rapidly - with over 300 institutions using the platform for a wide variety of contracts - with a particular focus on capital markets documentation.

    CreateiQ has been developed by Linklaters, and its team of product managers, legal engineers, designers and developers. Together we combine the agility and flexibility of a technology company with the legal expertise and global reach of a magic circle law firm, making CreateiQ an entirely unique legal technology proposition.

    Marketing Analyst

    CreateiQ have grown significantly since its launch - but they are only just getting started They are growing their marketing team and looking for someone to join and help drive the following:

    • Content creation: Drafting and contributing to print and online marketing - targeting CreateiQ platform users, internal teams and Linklaters clients. This includes press releases, social media posts, video content, newsletters, blog posts, interviews and anything else you can think of.
    • Managing their content calendar, including social media accounts: Planning marketing in advance based on product developments, client feedback and market trends. Coordinating with (nagging) SME's who need to feed into the plan.
    • Implementation: Help drive the implementation of communications campaigns, internal and client facing.
    • Event planning.

    The role:

    • With guidance from the Head of Business Development and CEO, assist with the internal communications strategy of events, webinars, firmwide emails, practice group communications and more.
    • Take the lead on marketing activities - write social media posts, create engaging video or audio content and build engaging thought leadership pieces with the input of subject matter experts both within and outside of the firm.
    • Work with the CreateiQ team to help draft and develop persuasive and relevant material for clients - for example case studies, pitches, infosheets and more.

    Experience:

    • 2-3 years' experience in marketing, content, communications or a similar role.
    • Someone who enjoys doing, who always errs to action to achieve the objective and strives to get things done quickly.
    • Excellent communication skills - both written and in person.
    • A creative mind-set and ability to push boundaries.
    • Calm under pressure.
    • Intuitive, diplomatic and able to flex your style to build rapport.
    • Comfortable dealing with individuals from all levels of the firm.
    • An interest in start-ups and new technology.

    The role is based at the Linklaters London office and we offer excellent opportunities for training and long-term development, as well as a hybrid working model.
