The main purpose of this role is to oversee and provide professional administrative and operational support to a team of Senior Managers, assisting them in prioritizing delivery of targets and managing workflows via planning and diary structure.
Building and strengthening working relationships with field managers and OST to become a key enabler of efficient processes and procedures across the specialism and OST team.
Arranging and delivering regular meetings for the Coordinators within your specialism to provide updates, review workloads, share best practice and strengthen relationships, providing training to newer members of the team.
Strong diary management and prioritisation skills, including complex scheduling to create efficiencies and avoid clashes.Strong IT capability in
Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel & PowerPoint, etc with the ability to be able to assist and utilise MI data to provide relevant reports
Responsibility for maintaining the image of the SJP brand and an understanding of handling sensitive/confidential information/issues and when to escalate.

28 days holiday entitlement plus bank holidays (based on full-time equivalent) with the option to buy up to an additional 5 days holiday
