    The Guinness Partnership have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Carer to join our dedicated team in Bristol on a part time basis working 20 hours per week.

    Our Extra Care Schemes, are where older people live as independently as possible in their own apartment, but also as part of a community.

    We are on hand to provide care and support; we are proud to make a real difference to our customer's quality of life.

    You could be an experienced Senior Carer looing for a new opportunity with an organisation that has great values, or you could be an experienced Carer , who has a Level 2 NVQ/RQF Qualification in Health and Social Care, who is looking to step up into their next role.

    As a Senior Care Assistant, you would be responsible for:

    Supporting new and existing team members to deliver high standards of care.
    Ensure that customer care plans and risk assessments are followed and contribute to regular reviews of these plans.
    Support with recruitment and training of new team members
    Supervise and monitor staff performance.
    Be fully aware of and follow all policies and procedures.
    Participate in the evening and weekends on-call rota.
    Competitive salary of £13.00 per hour
    Permanent, contracted 20 hours including weekends with more care hours available if needed.
