About the role Our Customer Operations team is hiring for a Customer Operations Administrator. This is a brand new, integral role, sitting as part of our Customer Operations team.You will provide crucial support to the functioning of our Customer Operations team including the processing of enquiries key to meeting our obligations surrounding compliance, financial reconciliation and customer renewals.
What you'll get up to:
Maintain customer databases and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Assist in documentation and record-keeping tasks, including filing, data entry, and archiving.
Provide support to other team members as needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Identify opportunities for process improvements within the customer operations department and contribute ideas for enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
