    Description

    • The HR Analytics Analyst role involves being a data expert and supporting data-driven decision making in EBRD's HROD department.
    • Responsibilities include visualizing data, analyzing trends, and deriving insights using tools such as Cognos, Tableau, and Alteryx.
    • Key Responsibilities:
    • Enhance HR reporting capability by understanding internal and external processes and presenting suitable reporting solutions.
    • Coordinate with IT teams to deliver data for reporting purposes and conduct user acceptance testing.
    • Provide analysis and insights to business stakeholders based on HR data.
    • Utilize statistical insights to improve decision-making processes related to people management.
    • Identify gaps in reporting platforms and offer accurate analysis to stakeholders.
    • Drive improvements in data quality and support team members in enhancing data analytics capabilities.
    • Requirements:
    • Undergraduate degree in Mathematics or a related field, experience in data analytics, and proficiency in tools like Cognos and Tableau.
    • Prioritize relevance and meaning over the artefact, demonstrate ability to meet deadlines and build effective relationships.
    • Previous experience with BI tools like Power BI, SAP HR, and Alteryx is advantageous.
