Role Overview:
We are currently recruiting a Shipping Coordinator for our client's Ashton site. This crucial role involves ensuring timely and cost-effective shipment processes while maintaining accurate documentation and meeting regulatory requirements.
Prepare accurate and timely shipping documentation, considering export/import customs requirements.
Ensure compliance with packaging, customs, and customer-specific regulations.
Manage export shipments and documentation on the 3PL system to avoid delays.
Cost shipments for freight invoicing and accrual purposes.
Generate pick sheets, delivery notes, and relevant paperwork accurately.
Coordinate warehouse activities for on-time delivery.
Process returns efficiently, both physically and on SAP.
Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, and knowledge of 'Incoterms' selling and buying tools.
