- Partner closely with Engineering and User Experience (UX) European teams, and others as part of a true cross functional team to create, drive, and deliver an innovative, compelling, and user-friendly experience to your user
- Drive the lifecycle of your product from ideation, using user research, to software launch and continue iterating on the product to improve your user's journey
- Obsess over areas of the user experience and pain points
- Fully represent and embody Human-Centred Design mindsets and methodologies ensuring customer needs are upheld throughout the design process, from concept to implementation
- Drive the roadmap for your product, prioritizing new ideas against strategic objectives while delivering high quality and impactful launches of truly innovative and disruptive digital features
- Deliver your success metric (increase renewal of high value customers)
- Write compelling Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) which define and communicate clearly how new features will improve the customer renewal experience and deliver value for the company
- Ability to clearly write product requirement documents and user stories, and communicate them.
- Ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends in an innovative and fast-paced environment
- Product experience with large-scale systems
- Experience driving product vision and leading cross-functional teams
- Experience developing software or internet products and technologies to define technical product features
- Experience working in a matrixed team structure and influencing across product areas
- Experience of Human Centred Design practices, methods and tools (user research, journey mapping, scenario development, designing for interactions and systems, storytelling)
- Product development experience using various desktop and mobile app frameworks
- Knowledge of multiple functional areas, including product ownership, engineering, UX/UI, sales, customer support, finance or marketing
- Experience with managing specifications for software engineers and technical leads
- Experience in the consumer area from any perspective

In this newly established role, as a Product Manager for "Consumer Renew" your mission will be to obsess over your users' needs and pain points. You will define and deliver innovative digital solutions that make the renewal experience so easy and enjoyable for the European consumers that it becomes a reason they order a new Ford vehicle.
