    Senior Facilities Project Manager Salary:
    £65k Depending On Experience

    Company Bonus:
    Up to 21% of base salary

    An exciting opportunity has come up for an experienced Construction/Facilities Project Manager in the Facilities department. This position involves overseeing high-value, intricate construction and facilities projects. You will lead project teams, both internal and external experts, guiding them from design development to project completion.

    Your projects will vary in value from £500k to £50M+. This role will make use of your project and programme management skills, alongside your problem-solving capabilities. You will have the chance to interact directly with executive and director-level stakeholders.

    You should have proven project management experience, a recognized project management qualification, and a strong commitment to instilling these working principles within the team.

    A HNC qualification or higher in a relevant construction or facilities management field is preferred.

    The ideal candidate will possess experience and a solid grasp of construction contract management, navigating projects through the RIBA Plan of Work stages.

    Solid expertise and understanding in a facilities management or construction setting, particularly in fields like statutory compliance (e.g., building regulations, CDM, and electrical safety), are crucial.

    You will lead multi-functional project teams on new projects, overseeing external consultants and main contractors to meet program, cost, and quality requirements.

    Kindly note that due to the nature of the role, successful candidates will need to obtain Government Security clearance. Therefore, we can only consider applications from individuals currently holding a British Passport.
