    Role:
    Senior Electronics Engineer


    Hours:

    are 0900 to 1730 Monday to Friday, however there is a degree of flexibility and consideration will be given to adjusting these hours to suit the needs of the successful candidate.

    We are primarily looking for in-person candidates however are also open to discussion with exceptional candidates interested in a hybrid position.

    We are currently looking for a highly skilled Senior Electronics Engineer to join our rapidly expanding business and become an integral part of our team.

    The Senior Electronics Engineer's goal will be to develop electronics across our product range and ensure that all tasks are achieved in a timely and efficient manner.

    Design and test of electronic circuit boards - including block diagrams, component selection, schematic design, PCB layout, production file
    Debugging prototype circuit boards, making use of a range of electronics test equipment
    Integration of electronics into drone systems - working collaboratively with other members of the team across disciplines
    Definition of requirements and research/implementation of applicable standards and required testing/certification
    PCB assembly companies, component manufacturers)
    Degree in Electronics Engineering or related qualification (or several years industry experience)
    Experience writing technical specifications and designing boards to a set of specifications
    Ability to verify the compliance of a design solution against a set of specifications
    Experience contributing to design reviews and collaborating with other engineers and non technical staff
    Strong appreciation for EMC considerations in electronics development and the ability to debug EMC related issues
    Embedded programming skills (C++)
