    A driven, entrepreneurial Sales Executive – Banking & Financial Services who has a passion for driving revenue and transforming business.

    This role is responsible for driving outbound sales activities for existing and prospective customers and accounts. In return, we offer a competitive salary and an uncapped commission scheme.


    The Sales Executive is responsible for reaching out to prospects, contacting leads, qualifying them as prospects, educating prospects about the products or services and scheduling meetings.

    Candidate should exhibit strong sales aptitude by building relationships with current and prospective customers.

    Understands customer drivers and business outcomes of digital transformation and initiates conversations with customers on digital transformation for new/assigned accounts.

    Develops an understanding of the customer and the needs of each account and identifies opportunities to drive optimizations and new digitalization solutions/ideas based on their needs and strategies
    Manages and executes a strategic plan for driving sales with customers
    Outlines revenue targets to deliver on account plans; Effectively partners with hybrid teams internally
    Works closely with team members to develop market intelligence, relationship maps, and use case opportunities through direct account engagement
    5-10 years' experience of sales within new accounts within the digital transformation space
    ~ Experience of selling into the Banking & Financial Services sector in the UK
    ~ Good understanding of digital transformation and competitors in the space
    ~ Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team
    ~ Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently, while achieving production goals from assigned territory or set of accounts
    ~ Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills across a variety of channels (email, social media, phone, etc.).
