    They were the highest-performing school for progress in Haringey in 2017/2018 and consistently performed in the top 20% of schools nationally.

    They are one of the best schools in the borough, and their students and outcomes prove this year on year.

    The Premises Manager will lead a team of premises assistants, cleaning, and security staff in maintaining the school's capital stock, infrastructure, and equipment to provide a learning environment that is safe and fit for purpose at all times.

    She/he will manage and monitor the work of external contractors. \r
    \r


    Applicants must have a minimum of Level 2 English and Maths plus a Level 3 or equivalent qualification in a premises related area.

    Experience working within the education sector is desirable. \r
    \r

    The successful candidate will ideally have: \r
    \r

    \r
    \tAbility to demonstrate good administrative and organisational skills. \r
    \tA competent level of IT expertise in various packages to support compliance and audits. \r
    \tAbility to communicate clearly, concisely, and accurately in writing and orally with various audiences. \r
    \tManagement skills, including team supervision, prioritising, delegation, target setting, forward planning, and monitoring. \r
    \tAbility to multi-task whilst maintaining attention to detail. \r
    \r
    \r


    You will be expected to work a flexible shift pattern between the hours of 6 am and 10 pm, five days out of seven per week, Monday to Sunday.
