    And to help the world's biggest companies get their confidence back by finally getting control of their content operations.

    The Senior Asset Manager plays a pivotal role in bringing structure and operational efficiency to our client's MarTech ecosystem, focusing on Marketing asset management, to support strategic goals.

    You will be responsible for overseeing and leading a migration cleanup project and the transferring of assets from the legacy Digital Aset Management (DAM) system and other locations.

    You will lead and project manage a migration team, coordinating and reporting on key activities, progress, and status.

    You will lead client-facing interactions within a DAM framework, hosting informational sessions with stakeholders to understand specifications for assets to be removed/isolated, defining processes and execution.

    You will work closely with automation SMEs testing, validating, and quality assurance of automated scripts and application programming interfaces (APIs) for the cleanup and transferring of files.

    You excel in fostering global collaboration, working closely with other team leads to establish clear guidelines and goals aimed at achieving common objectives and ensuring global standardization.

    Leading by example, you exhibit exceptional client-facing engagement and service across various scenarios, ranging from day-to-day operations to handling complex marketing campaign engagements or product challenges.

    This is a hybrid role based in London, reporting to the Global Operations Manager.

    Lead day-to-day team operations, including training, shared inbox management, content ingestion, and documentation, to ensure smooth functioning.
    Oversee the timely delivery of assets into the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.

    Provide exceptional communication of wins, opportunities, and risks operationally to the team, and when required manage messaging to the client.

    Audit, monitor, and report on asset rights/usage/restrictions and compliance.
    Identify unique ways to organize and manage the entire digital asset life cycle.
    Engage with stakeholders from various brand teams and agencies to understand their requirements and expectations.

    Collaborate with brand team and agencies stakeholders to ensure content and campaigns are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

    Attend Client Marketing Townhalls to ensure knowledge to the business.

    Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 6 years' experience in marketing, commerce and/or creative technologies or related field, including a minimum of 4 years' experience in a client-facing agency or consulting role.

    ; 5+ years of Digital Asset Management experience
