    Druce & Co International is a global leader in luxury residential real estate offering clients an individualised approach on their journey to local or international property investment.

    Headquartered in Central London with 6 additional London based offices and regional offices in Dubai and Singapore.

    We are specialists in premium residential property and capital market investments and are committed to delivering bespoke service to our valued clients.

    The successful candidates will be responsible for interacting with prospective tenants, closing viewings and negotiating lease agreements as well as assisting in growing the business.

    Showing properties to prospective tenantsConducting property viewingsNegotiating lease terms with tenantsPreparing and processing lease agreementsGenerating new businessPerson Specification:
    Proven experience as a Lettings NegotiatorStrong ability identify & follow up on new leads/business opportunities.

    Strong communication of negotiation skillsKnowledge of local real estate markets and regulationsExcellent organisational and time management skillsMust be able to work independently and as part of a teamMust have a valid drivers licence and reliable transportAvailable to work Saturdays as necessaryWe offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
