    Description

    Role:
    Source to Pay Lead/Business Analyst IV Location: Remote 100%
    FTE role
    Talent location anywhere from Colombia, UK, Ireland


    Key Responsibilities:
    Lead the end-to-end S2P process, including vendor management, procurement, sourcing, and contract management.

    Utilize Oracle ERP Cloud to enhance and streamline P2P processes, with a focus on a global, SaaS, and technology-driven environment.

    Collaborate with process owners to define, benchmark, and automate the delivery of operational KPI dashboards.

    Architect, design, document, configure, deliver, and automate P2P processes in various integrated finance applications, such as simple legal and lease calculations.

    Demonstrate proficiency in process and solution engineering, managing, and delivering cross-functional multiple projects and integrations.

    Facilitate cross-functional requirement sessions to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements and functional specifications, challenging existing norms and identifying potential conflicts.

    Work effectively with a distributed team across multiple time zones, ensuring clear and authoritative communication.


    Qualifications:
    ~ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
    ~8+ years of accounting experience, with a deep understanding of P2P processes.
    ~ Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud in a global, SaaS, or technology company is preferred.
    ~ Certification in relevant fields (e.g., CPIM, CSCP, PMP) is a plus.


    Desired Skills:
    Expertise in techno-functional details of S2P and Oracle ERP.
    Advanced presentation skills and the ability to communicate authoritatively at all levels of the organization.
    Proven ability to manage and deliver cross-functional projects and integrations.
    Experience in process automation and KPI dashboard creation.
    Ability to architect and design complex business solutions.


    Tools and Technologies:
    Proficiency in Oracle ERP Cloud and other related S2P tools.
    Familiarity with financial applications for lease calculations and legal contract management.
    Experience with process automation and dash boarding tools.
