- Manages programmes of care for patients with chronicdiseases by planning, providing and evaluating care under agreed guidelines and patient groupdirections. - Up to date and followguidelines regarding cold chain ensuring safe storage, rotation, and disposal of vaccine and drug, andthat adequate stock levels are maintained
