- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes to support the buy and build strategy.
- Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assess and mitigate financial risks, identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership and private equity stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.
- Manage cash flow, capital allocation, and investment strategies to optimize returns.
- Provide strategic financial guidance for acquisitions, integrations, and divestitures.
- Lead M&A activities, including target identification, due diligence, valuation, and negotiation.
- Conduct thorough due diligence assessments to evaluate potential acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
- Drive post-acquisition integration efforts to maximize synergies and streamline operations.
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement,
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven track record as a Finance Director or similar leadership role in a multi-site environment.
- Experience in private equity-backed businesses, executing buy and build strategies preferred.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret complex financial data and formulate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in financial modelling, analysis, and ERP systems.
