- Support senior IR team members in expanding and developing outreach to existing and prospective institutional and private client investors
- Maintain the investor base via CRM system
- Create marketing documentation and investor materials
- Run pipeline reporting, design dashboards to facilitate IR team workflow and external briefings
- Assist with investor Q&A, interface with the broader IR team as needed
- Opportunity to attend meetings in a sales support capacity
- Experience in IR, client support and/or sales support roles within private markets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; language skills are a plus but not essential
- Proven ability to manage logistics around events and investor outreach
- Developed market research and analysis skills to identify opportunities and trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
