    Description

    Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency has a new permanent position available for a Deputy Manager to work full time based in a Children's home in Ipswich.

    The salary for this permanent Deputy Manager job is up to £40,000
    Overseeing the day-to-day operation/management of an Ofsted regulated residential provision on behalf of the Registered Manager
    Ensuring the highest standards of emotional, social, and physical care, promoting best outcomes for young people through research, development, and partnership
    Maximizing resources within planned timescales to deliver services that respect children's rights and participation
    Working to ensure compliance with Ofsted registration and the home's Statement of Purpose
    Acting promptly on safeguarding risks and maintaining effective communication with agencies and internal reports
    Level 5 Diploma Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or willingness to undertake
    Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification or equivalent
    A minimum of 2 years' experience working within Children's residential care
    Direct involvement in Ofsted inspections
