    The Risk and Compliance team play a vital role in ensuring that our firm upholds the highest standards of professional conduct, quality, and compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.


    The team operates across 3 key regions:
    • Europe
    • Asia and the Middle East
    • The Americas

    Under the guidance of the General Counsel and Chief Risk and Compliance Officer based in our London office, this is a fantastic opportunity to join our new Financial Crime advisory team within the Risk and Compliance division.

    This team focuses on supporting the Group's compliance with AML/CTF, sanctions, anti-bribery, and other financial crime laws in all relevant jurisdictions where our business operates.

    The Financial Crime Advisor will collaborate closely with the Head of Risk and Compliance and Senior Financial Crime Manager to enhance our global approach to financial crime compliance, develop policies and procedures, and deliver training sessions.

    With responsibilities including being a sanctions point of contact, aiding in internal audits, regulatory inspections, training, and policy drafting, the advisor will help strengthen the Group's Financial Crime Control Framework.

    Required is a deep understanding of the regulatory regimes applicable to the Group's operations, and the successful applicant will receive comprehensive training along with the expectation of ongoing self-education to stay updated on regulatory changes.

    While the role is primarily based in London, occasional travel to other offices may be necessary.

    The Risk and Compliance team provides valuable support on various matters such as new business intake, AML, CTF, conflicts, and data protection, in addition to the In-house counsel team handling contractual concerns, insurance, governance, and more.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Monitoring AML/CTF, anti-bribery, financial crime, and sanctions legislation
    • Handling ad hoc queries and supporting ongoing monitoring processes
    • Assisting in implementing the Group Compliance Financial Crime Framework
    • Being an escalation point for sanctions queries
    • Supporting financial crime investigations
    • Assisting with internal audit reports and regulatory inspections
    • Collaborating on regulatory filings
