    Responsibilities:

    Market Research and Strategy:

    thorough market research to identify opportunities, challenges, and potential customers in the target market.a comprehensive business development and sales strategy aligned with overall company objectives.


    Client Acquisition:
    and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, potential clients, and industry effort to secure new business and achieve sales target in the new target customers, industries in the target market with strategic approach

    Business Planning:


    detailed and pragmatic business plans outlining short-term and long-term goals for market penetration and execution.closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness for market entry and breakthrough the challenges with result oriented mindset.


    Brand Establishment:


    and promote the company's brand in the new market.marketing initiatives to create brand awareness and position the company as a leader in the industry.


    Performance Tracking and Reporting:


    key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development and sales efforts.reporting to leadership team on market performance, customer acquisition, and sales active team player with supporting the team members to achieve the common goals of the business.


    Qualifications:


    degree in design, engineering, business or a related field.experience (5+ years) in business development and sales with a track record of successfully establishing businesses in new markets.understanding of the (industry/sector) and the ability to identify market trends.leadership and team management skills.teamwork capability with a virtual teamself-driven mentality and capability to adapt to the new business circumstances.communication and negotiation abilities.thinker with a results-oriented integrity are essential.
