In return you will be expected to monitor/manage a large sterile service contract for Heartlands, Good Hope and Solihull which serves 35 Theatres and Ward & Departments for UHB.
You will understand the importance of excellent customer service and team working.You will put into practice at all times the training that you receive which will be specific to the role and includes awareness of infection control and how the medical device are designed and used.
The Assistant Sterile services manager post is 37.The role will be required to have experience in the full duties of a sterile service departments and a Decontamination unit that hold Quality Standards.
