The Senior Contracts Manager Role
The Contracts Manager will play a crucial role in leading diverse building Contracts, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This position involves direct client engagement and management of various Contracts stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Manage the entire lifecycle of construction Contracts from inception to completion. Oversee the Contracts team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and legal regulations. Conduct risk assessments and manage issues as they arise, ensuring minimal impact on the Contracts timeline and costs.
Prepare and present regular progress reports to clients and senior management. Engage in contract negotiations and manage the tender process.
The Construction Contracts Manager Proven experience as a Construction Contracts Manager in senior positions.
Strong background in managing Contracts within Construction, Logistics and industrial sectors. Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering. Professional accreditations (e.g., CIOB, RICS) are highly desirable. Excellent communication, negotiation, and Contracts management skills, proficient in MS Contracts and other Contracts management tools.
