    Description
    Our client, a diversified trading firm, are searching for an NQ to join the their impressive international legal team.

    As a member of the legal team, you will have an opportunity to work across the board on legal matters such as contracts, compliance and reporting.

    Key responsibilitiesResponsible for the drafting of agreements from standard templates, as well as reviewing and analysing contracts and other agreements including NDAsAssist with entity management such as formation and dissolution of entities, resolutions and compliance.

    Work with the rest of the legal department as well as external counsel and companies regarding negotiation and entity management.

    We support some of the most prestigious organisations in the world, across financial services, commerce & industry, and professional services.

    Our services include executive search and market intelligence within the Legal, Compliance and Corporate Governance practice areas, while our Legal Services division Hanbury Partners provides flexible consultancy arrangements.

    We facilitate secondments for senior lawyers into in-house legal departments and law firms, and source specialist lawyers for bespoke projects.
