    Team Manager - Norwich - ARD962171

    Do you have successful experience in the management of a team in the Insurance Industry? Do you have a track record of developing your team?

    We have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Team Manager in our Norwich office. This will involve the performance management and development of a team staff. You will be joining an established, friendly, and experienced team who will be able to provide support in order for you to succeed within your role.

    Our Team Managers are a key part of our business, ensuring all their Account Managers operate in accordance with the company's sales and retention processes and sales quality standards at all times, and that high quality outcomes are delivered to Customers. We strive to provide a market-leading customer experience, and that's driven by you.

    What we are looking for in a Team Manager:

    You will have proven skills in, and be able to provide examples of:

  • Successful performance management of sales teams to deliver targets.
  • Successful people management, including coaching and development of people, leading through change, and understanding of performance improvement, disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Successful account management and delivery of sales, retention, referral, compliance KPIs and customer satisfaction.
  • You must have commercial Insurance experience
  • You may be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of the following markets (not essential):

  • General Insurance
  • You will be:

  • A confident communicator (verbally and in the written form, with the ability to adjust tone and communication style to suit the audience) with good presentation skills.
  • In possession of strong literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Confident in their ability to coach and mentor.
