    Role Overview:

    We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to join our team and help lead the successful delivery of key projects.

    Experience in business case writing, persuasive presentation skills, and a track record of delivering major projects, particularly in IT, healthcare, or education sectors, will be highly advantageous.

    Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.

    Utilise critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
    Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive project success and foster a culture of teamwork and innovation.
    Utilise excellent presentation skills to communicate project updates, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.
    Drive strategic change initiatives and business transformation efforts to enhance organisational performance and efficiency.
    Leverage expertise in programme management methodologies to streamline processes and optimise project delivery.

    Demonstrated proficiency in business case writing and persuasive presentation techniques.
    Experience leading major projects from conception to completion, with a focus on strategic change and business transformation.
    Familiarity with Programme Management Office (PMO) practices and methodologies.
    Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
