    Description

    We are seeking an experienced and highly organized AgileProjectManager to manage our IT Servicesprojects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and be able to effectively communicate and coordinate with cross-functional teams. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with clients from the USA and UK and collaborate with highly talented software programmers. You will also have the chance to work closely with leadership and contribute to the growth and success of the company.

    Only Applications of experienced professionals who has experience in Project Managementof IT Projects will be considered. Responsibilities:

    • Lead the planning and execution of software developmentprojects using Agile methodologies
    • Manageprojectscope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful delivery
    • Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensureprojectgoals are met
    • Communicateprojectstatus and progress to stakeholders, including clients in the USA and UK
    • Identify and mitigateprojectrisks
    • Continuously improveprojectmanagement processes
    Requirements:
    • 3+ years of experience as aProjectManager of software development projects in an Agile environment
    • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
    • Experience leading cross-functional teams
      •
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency inprojectmanagement tools (e.g. JIRA, Asana)
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Computer Science, Business Administration)
    • PMP or Scrum Master certification a plus
