    Join Our Expanding Sales Team

    In response to our ongoing expansion, we are excited to announce the formation of a new sales team. This team will leverage the extensive array of solutions available across our group, enhancing our market presence. We are seeking driven, effective ICT sales professionals to join us in the pivotal role of IT Sales Manager.



    Role Responsibilities:
    • Drive sales of cutting-edge ICT solutions from the TechCommunity portfolio, including application and integration solutions, along with specialized services such as cloud computing, security, cryptography, data centers, IoT, networking, BI, and ML/AI.
    • Actively engage, develop, and sustain relationships with key decision-makers across both SME and large enterprise segments.
    • Lead complex sales cycles independently, from needs assessment and solution co-creation to negotiation and closing.
    • Achieve and surpass specific quantitative and qualitative targets.
    • Provide regular reports on sales activities.
    • Aspire to managerial roles, overseeing team dynamics, structural operations, and process optimization.

    Candidate Requirements:
    • Proven track record in selling diverse and advanced ICT solutions.
    • High degree of self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to execute sales tasks effectively.
    • Skilled in prospecting, client need analysis, and crafting bespoke technology solutions within intricate procurement frameworks.
    • A robust passion for emergent technologies and continuous learning in the ICT sector.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with prowess in relationship-building, persuasion, and cross-functional collaboration.
    • Proficiency in English and possession of a B-category driver's license.

    Preferred Experience:
    • Background in integrator services sales and/or specialized software solutions.
    • Experience in engaging with public sector entities.
    • Verifiable references.
