    Lifestyle Director required in New York, USA for Lifestyle Management Company - Greater London, United Kingdom - Joyce Guiness Limited

    Description

    Our long standing client is seeking a Lifestyle Director to join their boutique and successful office in New York.

    You will have people management experience as well as account management experience and will be working with clients on several different projects. The successful application will have experience in luxury travel as well as some events experience. This is a small but very busy office and no two days will be the same. Clients are demanding and expect you to be professional as well as produce high level quality work in a timely manner.

    Daily tasks will include:

    Prioritising and allocating the day's jobs across the team

    Team management, training, and development

    Monitoring all client jobs and requests throughout the day and helping with these (small and large)

    Developing client usage through excellently executed proactive ideas

    Managing and executing all high level requests, and larger projects such as travel itineraries and events

    Resolving client mistakes or issues

    Researching new suppliers, meeting them as appropriate

    This role requires someone motivated, hungry, who is an excellent communicator and team leader who will go above and beyond.

    The role will be fully office based and although it's a 9-6pm role you will be on call some weekends and evenings.

    The team are great with head office in London.

    US Passport or Work Visa for the USA required.

    Salary up to £120,000 plus bonus
