We can provide you with a truly diverse and accountable role and the opportunity to play a supportive part in aiding the most vulnerable children in the County.

What are we looking for? We're searching for exceptional professionals to head a new Family Help Team:

Capable of efficiently managing a diverse team comprised of social workers and family support workers, ensuring the delivery of top-tier social work services to children and skilled, experienced, and motivated social workers with a minimum of two years' experience as an Assistant Team Manager in children's social care.
Prior experience with children and young people is advantageous but not compulsory.
Outstanding interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to motivate and inspire staff while clearly communicating your commitment to achieving optimal results for children.
Prior exposure to budget management is preferred but not mandatory.
