- Capable of efficiently managing a diverse team comprised of social workers and family support workers, ensuring the delivery of top-tier social work services to children and skilled, experienced, and motivated social workers with a minimum of two years' experience as an Assistant Team Manager in children's social care.
- Prior experience with children and young people is advantageous but not compulsory.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to motivate and inspire staff while clearly communicating your commitment to achieving optimal results for children.
- Prior exposure to budget management is preferred but not mandatory.
