    Are you an experienced ITU Ward Manager or Deputy Matron? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you We're hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager for the ITU for a prestigious private hospital based in London with an annual salary of £55K – £60K working Monday to Friday, with flexible hours between 8am-5pm.

    Our client is a leading private hospital, renowned for its pioneering work in neurosurgery. The Intensive Treatment Unit (ITU) is a critical part of the hospital's operations, providing support to both emergency and elective surgery across all medical specialties. The hospital is committed to staff development, offering leadership and management courses and various educational opportunities.

    As the Clinical Nurse Manager – ITU, you will:
    • Lead the department, working closely with the Intensive Care Matron
    • Oversee and mentor personnel within the clinical area
    • Support the hospital management team in providing clinical leadership
    • Be responsible for budgeting and ensuring patient safety
    • Deliver an exceptional patient experience within the unit, adhering to clinical governance and CQC guidelines and standards
    We're looking for a Clinical Nurse Manager – ITU with:
    • A registered general nursing qualification combined with a post-graduate degree
    • A qualification in Intensive Care
    • Previous team leadership and development experience
    • A solid awareness of clinical governance, quality, and risk in the context of patient safety
    If you're currently working as an ITU Ward Manager or a Deputy Matron within the ITU and you have a critical care course qualification this role would suitable for you.
