    Are you an experienced and talented recruiter looking to fast track your career towards Recruitment Manager? We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant ideally from a Finance/Accounting or Technology background.

    This is a full 360 recruitment role, you will be targeted to generate new business opportunities and provide clients with a robust recruitment solution.

    We are currently recruiting for both our IT and Finance divisions and are looking for driven and self-motivated individuals who thrive in a high pressure environment to join our team and help us achieve our goal of being the leader within our markets.


    What you will do:
    Resourcing and regenerating - via the database, job boards, networking, referrals, headhunting, and social media.

    Provide expert, specialist advice to candidatesIdentifying and developing client/business relationshipsSourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the clientWhat we are looking for:
    Experienced Recruiter with a track record for beating income targets - we want exceptional recruiters who will over achieve and reap the rewardsConfident sales professional, demonstrating the ability to build a portfolio of clients, undertake business development activities, including negotiation and objection handlingCandidate management, including sourcing and networking activitiesAbility to communicate at the most senior level, nurture sustainable client and candidate relationshipsHighly influential and motivational; the ability to lead, coach and mentor recruitment professionals to maximise revenue and achieve team objectives
