    Jonothan Bosworth Recruitment Specialists are currently looking for a Remedy Support Analyst.

    You will be part of a fast growing, pioneering working environment as they expand their capabilities to meet client demand.

    As Remedy Support Analyst you will join a team based in various locations along the M4 Corridor, can be based out of one of the following locations, however can work from home – Bridgend, South Wales | Reading | London | Birmingham | Bristol.

    This is an exciting and varied job role where you are required to maintain the BMC Remedy v9 ITSM solution that includes multiple environments, interfaces and client customisations.

    Remedy Support Analyst job role:

    Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving incidents and defects, providing support for various environments including development and production.

    You will have experience in producing recommendations for complex resolution of issues, investigating problem tickets and performing environment maintenance, deploying releases and supporting patching etc.

    You will also be required to provide on call support as part of a rota.

    Job pre-requisites:

    You will be expected to demonstrate hands-on experience in Remedy and Atrium Orchestrator , troubleshooting performance issues and have good understanding of IT infrastructure together with a strong understanding of Remedy ITSM's underlying database structure, including data model, code customisation, and integration.

    Experience in solving the problems related to Incident/Problem processes or environment is essential along with the ability to fulfil service requests and changes, such as SRD and SLA creation.

    Proficiency in design and development of Remedy APIs (Java based) would also be advantageous.
