    Description

    Business Development Manager – Logistics – £50k-£60k basic/OTE £70k-£80k - South

    London, Home Counties, Oxfordshire, Bristol areas

    A rapidly growing logistics company specialising in providing efficient and reliable air freight solutions have an opening for a Business Development Manager to join them.

    You will have the option to work on a hybrid basis at the Berkshire office and there is also the option to hot desk at the Heathrow office.

    As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth. You will be responsible for generating new leads, qualifying prospects, managing the new business sales pipeline, and then managing the accounts.

    With 30+ years experience, this leading 3PL Logistics provider spans three sites and boasts a workforce of 50+. They offer comprehensive logistics solutions on a global scale and have earned a commendable reputation within their industry. They have continued to innovate, develop and expand a portfolio of distribution services and solutions in response to ever changing local and global markets conditions and events, and have more recently expanded their scope to collaborate with and support some specialist sectors.

    Who/what are we looking for?

    • Proven sales track record within the logistics sector or related industry.
    • International experience is essential
    • An ambitious mindset
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Driving licence essential.
