    We are looking for an organised andproactive Accounts Manager to join our Advance Business Services(ABS) Team. In this role you will lead a team of accountantsensuring that client work is completed effectively whilemaintaining strong relationships with our clients. As an AccountsManager you will need to understand the details of the accountswork and provide useful insights to our clients. Your role includesreviewing the work done by your team and offering feedback toimprove and complete clientprojects.

    The role of AccountsManager in Advance Business Services is vital for our companyssuccess. You will be responsible for managing our accountingpractices and client relationships. Your work will not only helpkeep our operations running smoothly but also maintain ourreputation as trusted business advisors with ourclients.


    Youwill:

    • Plan and project manage thework of various client portfolios ensuring the work is allocatedamong a team of supervisors seniors andtrainees.
    • Be the focal point and technicalexpert for that client file and work completed for the client.
    • Manage client relationships.
    • Ensure that work is accurately billed andcaptured within your teams.
    • Allocate work withtechnical competency in mind ensuring that team members areappropriately matched to clients and that team members are providedwith the right level of support for the job they are assigned.
    • Aid the department heads with budgetingactivities for the team and resourceallocation.
    • Continually drive new initiativesand share technical knowledge with supervisors seniors and trainees
    • Take an active role in the overall developmentof thedepartment.

    Youll beideal for this role if you are/have:

    • An accountsprofessional with industry experience.
    • ACCA orACA qualified (or equivalent).
    • Goodunderstanding of corporate and personaltax.
    • Strong communicationskills.
    • Managed a client portfolio of work forat least three years.
    • Able to communicate valueto clients and assist with account queries growing the portfolio ofwork.
    • Are able to allocate resourceseffectively and efficiently.
    • Managed a team orbeen a people manager in a previousrole.
