management lifecycle and supporting our customer success and sales teams, ensuring
high-quality outcomes and superior client satisfaction.
Assist in coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with
Support in identifying and resolving project-related issues alongside the project team.

Facilitate the preparation and submission of project deliverables, maintaining our quality standards.
Support the development of user manuals, training materials, and documentation to

Support the customer success and onboarding team with building API integrations,
Managing amendments to website content and knowledge base articles.

Utilise Jira for task management, from task creation to assigning and ensuring all
