    HR Manager - London, United Kingdom - KM4HR

    Description

    KM4HR are exclusively recruiting a HR Manager for this renowned, international organisation based in Central London.

    In this hands-on position you will be responsible for all aspects of HR operations including recruitment, HR policy development & implementation, employee relations, training & development, employee experience and HR administration.

    Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team you will be providing both guidance and support across the following areas; employee relations, internal communications and employee engagement so depth in experience in these specific areas are highly desirable.

    Due to the nature of this role prior experience of working in a standalone HR generalist position is preferred.

    Key responsibilities will include the following:

    • Advising and supporting on all HR management issues
    • Ensuring delivery of best HR practice and adherence to legislative requirements
    • Supporting the Senior Leadership Team in all employee-related matters
    • Providing effective ER advice
    • Coaching and supporting line managers to assist their own personal development
    • Lead on the recruitment & selection process
    • Drive the delivery of training & development
    • Maintenance of HR information systems
    • Prepare and manage all personnel administration
    • Management of the entire employee lifecycle; on/off boarding, salary reviews, annual appraisals, employee experience
    • Internal & external compensation & benefits benchmarking

    Qualifications and experience required:

    • HR related qualification and/or CIPD Level 7 preferred
    • Similar demonstrable experience gained in a generalist role
    • Strong understanding of HR best practice and employment law
    • Experience of leading on employee relations matters
    • Coaching skills & experience desirable
