    Description

    Exciting Opportunity for a Compensation Specialist

    We are looking for a skilled Compensation Specialist to handle all things related to compensation in the UK for a prestigious banking organization. This role offers a wide range of responsibilities, providing you with the chance to enhance your expertise in this field.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Offering expert advice on compensation matters to HR Business Partners and other key stakeholders
    • Assisting in various compensation projects and processes such as salary benchmarking, analytics, remuneration reviews, and compensation surveys
    • Preparing materials for and participating in UK REMCO meetings
    • Collaborating with the global compensation team to ensure consistent implementation of compensation procedures
    • Designing attractive compensation packages to attract and retain top talent
    • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to remuneration
    • Providing necessary reports on variable compensation payouts

    Essential Requirements:

    • Prior experience in the financial services industry, specifically in compensation, preferably in banking
    • Solid knowledge of compensation practices in the UK and EMEA region
    • Familiarity with regulatory and legal frameworks governing compensation in the UK and EMEA
    • Understanding of market benchmarking and job evaluation methodologies
    • Strong analytical and numerical capabilities
    • Excellent communication skills
