    Duration: 12 months

    Job Summary

    The ideal candidate will support and lead key activities associated with the annual pay review at Canada Life. They will serve as the subject matter expert in applying the Willis Towers Watson methodology within the company.

    Responsibilities

    • Own all job evaluations using the Willis Towers Watson Global Grading System
    • Complete analytical requirements for the annual review cycle
    • Oversee position management in Employee Central on Success Factors
    • Support key reward initiatives and compensation processes
    • Act as a technical expert on job description completion
    • Provide day-to-day support to the Compensation Manager

    Experience Required

    • Experience in specialist compensation roles is essential
    • Understanding and experience of the Willis Towers Watson job evaluation methodology
    • Demonstrable experience in accurate data analysis and reporting
    • Strong analytical and numerical skills
    • Advanced user of Microsoft Office
    • Ability to manage and interpret large sets of data
    • Previous experience with SAP SuccessFactors
    • Ability to work effectively within virtual teams
    • Strong delivery and customer focus
    • Proactive and self-reliant

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in HR or relevant experience
    • Membership status of the CIPD
    • Completion of or aiming to complete Reward Management Certificate
