    We are seeking a Senior Director of Center of Excellence to lead the definition and execution of all service processes across our organization.

    As the Senior Director of Center of Excellence, your mission is to establish and lead a center of excellence dedicated to defining, implementing, and optimizing service processes across all service functions.

    Collaborate with service delivery leaders, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in process execution and adherence.

    Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure process performance, identify areas for improvement, and track progress against strategic objectives.

    Partner with training and development teams to develop and deliver training programs, materials, and resources to support process adoption and competency development across the organization.

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Extensive experience in service operations, process improvement, or business process management, preferably in a technology or software company.

    Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies, tools, and best practices, such as Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, and ITIL.

    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.

    Experience with change management, stakeholder engagement, and project management is a plus.

    Depending on the needs of the business and the role, the number of hybrid, office-based and remote workers will vary from team to team.
