    What you'll be doing

    As a Business Development Representative, you'll work closely with our founder and be responsible for generating leads and qualifying business prospects.

    Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

    • Outbound prospecting to qualify leads through a high volume of calls, emails, social media, and other channels
    • Work closely and collaboratively with our Founder to book new business meetings
    • Create outreach sequences and own the strategy for engaging prospects
    • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
    • Continuously stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to the team.

    What we're looking for

    Experience

    • 12+ months in an outbound new business position e.g. B2B sales, call centre sales
    • Cold calling experience
    • Ideally have worked in a fast-paced environment

    Skills/Personality

    • Excellent communication and written skills
    • High amounts of resilience
    • Goal-oriented
    • A real interest in sales and a desire to succeed
    • Highly self-motivated
    • Confident in trying new things
    • Not afraid of failure

    Success in this role means opportunities for quick progression, after 6-12 months you could be in a Business Development Manager position managing the sales process from start to finish.
