    Sales Development Representative - Role Responsibilities

    Working within an inbound/outbound sales environment, engaging in proactive prospecting for business through outbound B2B sales calls.
    Delivering personalised solutions and top-tier services (energy as a service) aimed at enhancing customer efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
    Securing customer interest and obtaining copies of their bills for further analysis.
    Attaining daily/weekly/monthly KPI targets in alignment with objectives such as call volume, duration, and financial goals.
    Ensuring accurate customer data within the CRM system through regular updates and maintenance.
    Upholding compliance with all company policies and procedures.

    Sales Development Representative - Essential Requirements

    Competent in achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth (

    Revenue).
    Experienced in sales techniques and CRM (


    KPI:
    Conversion rates, Pipeline growth).
    Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales is essential.
