    Shift Leader (Electrical)

    As the Shift Leader, your primary focus will be on fostering the expected team behaviours necessary to achieve significant results and outcomes for the business.

    As Shift Leader, you will play a key role in maintaining ISS Integrated Solutions' leading edge status within the industry and further enhancing our reputation with the customer.

    Health and safety adherence is paramount in your role, and you will ensure strict compliance at all times. Carry out PPM in accordance with set schedules, ensuring engineering standards are maintained in order to maximise the operational effectiveness and reliability of the Plant and associated electrical systems
    Ensure onsite Quality Assurance procedures are adhered to in all respects and to maintain accurate records/documentation associated with the electrical aspects of the PPM and plant
    Respond in a prompt and effective manner to all electrically related reactive maintenance issues, and help desk requests
    Carry out technical surveys of the above services and systems, reporting findings to the Critical Engineering Manager
    Deal with customer enquiries and complaints, reporting actions taken to line management
    Conversant with a wide range of building service systems and equipment
    ~ Sound Electrical and Mechanical knowledge
    ~ City & Guilds Parts 1 and 2 (Electrical Installation 2360) or recognised equivalent
    ~Electrical Apprenticeship – gained within the building maintenance industry
    ~ Experience in the Electrical aspects of general building PPM schedules
    ~ Experienced in electrical installation work, plus electrical testing and inspection
