- Code changes to safe locks.
- Programming of electronic safe locks.
- Key cutting.
- Battery changes.
- Hands-on mechanical aptitude is essential.
- IT literacy is essential as we use a mobile platform for allocating jobs and reporting. Laptops are also used for programming electronic safe locks.
- Experience in a field service role would be advantageous, but not essential.
- Previous experience in a customer service-based industry is desirable, but not essential.
- Ability to work on one's own while performing remote site visits is essential.
- A reasonable degree of physical fitness is required as the role can be physical from time to time.
- A full valid UK driving licence is essential.
- Since this role is within the security industry, candidates must not have a criminal record. CRB checks will be applied.
- A liveried vehicle is supplied fully equipped with the necessary stock and tools for the job.
- A mobile phone, laptop and tablet are provided.
- Company uniform and PPE are provided.
- 42.5hr standard week.
- Holidays are 20 days per annum plus National Holidays rising to 25 days.
