    Who We Are? The Advanced Service Engineer (ASE) organization within CSS is a global team of highly skilled technical engineers focused on building trusted relationships with Oracle's key customers to help them maximize their Oracle Cloud and on-premise investments, drive innovation, and accelerate business success with cutting-edge solutions for all cloud environments and Artificial Intelligence technologies. Lead Cloud Architect (LCA) with AI experience
    • Establish trusted customer relationships
    • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud and AI products
    • Assess customer needs and translate them into technical architectures aligned with Oracle's best practices
    • Lead CSS's delivery teams, providing technical governance and guidance
    • Resolve problems effectively
    • Build relationships with team members, other Oracle teams, and customers at various levels
    • Support CSS Services Solutioning team in new business opportunities
    • Drive innovation and incubate new solutions
    • Stay informed about existing and emerging technologies
    • Apply industry and Oracle best practices to deliver effective solutions to customers
    • Provide technical guidance on Oracle cloud and AI solutions
    • Ensure successful handover from implementation to operations
    • Maintain Oracle solutions to meet customer demands
    • Develop expertise in Oracle cloud and AI technologies
    • Collaborate with CSS teams for successful implementation and operation

    • Minimum 5 years of experience as a senior architect delivering cloud and AI solutions
    • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
    • Effective communication skills across all levels of organizations
    • Keenness to learn new cloud and AI technologies

    • Strong team player
    • Technical leadership from sales to delivery for complex cloud and AI solutions
    • Positive, creative, agile, and innovative mindset
    • Ability to analyze complex issues and provide recommendations

    Preferred Technical Skills
    • Comprehensive knowledge of Oracle cloud solutions (OCI, IaaS, PaaS, Networks)
    • Deep understanding of AI technologies including various applications, machine learning, deep learning, common use cases, AI services & technologies, generative AI, data science, and AI infrastructure
    • Proficiency in Applications/SaaS, Databases, Middleware/PaaS services
    • Familiarity with open source cloud technologies
    • Strong grasp of cloud security principles
    • Knowledge of cloud-native design solutions
    • Experience in automation processes (DevOps, GitOps)
