Registered Care Home Manager - Mental Health Services - London - £40k

Amber Mace are recruiting on behalf of a well-established Mental Health provider, that are looking for an experienced CQC Registered Mental Health Manager, who pride themselves on providing high-quality care for individuals with mental health needs.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Care Home Manager to join our dedicated team in providing exceptional care within our mental health services.

As a Registered Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our care home, ensuring the delivery of person-centered care to residents with mental health conditions.

You will lead a team of compassionate caregivers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed to ensure the highest standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Lead and manage the care home team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.

Develop and implement care plans tailored to meet the individual needs of residents with mental health conditions.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and standards, including those set by regulatory bodies.
Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and empowerment for residents, promoting their independence and wellbeing.
Foster positive relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans as necessary.
Manage the care home budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately to meet the needs of residents.

Proven experience in a management role within a mental health care setting, within a residential care home environment.

Sound knowledge of mental health conditions and their impact on individuals, along with a commitment to providing person-centered care.
Understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and standards governing the provision of care services.
