    Company Description

    Safe Sanctuary Living is a specialist supported living service based in Nottingham. We provide personalized and tailored support to young people and adults who have a learning disability, mental health condition, or physical disability, as well as additional needs such as challenging behaviour, Autism, or a dual diagnosis of a Mental Health condition. Our dedicated support staff enable individuals to live and remain in their own homes, offering continual help throughout the day and night to manage anxieties and behaviours and promote independent living.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Manager. The Registered Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the supported living service, including managing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The Registered Manager will also collaborate with external stakeholders, such as families and healthcare professionals, to ensure the well-being and development of service users.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in a managerial role within the social care sector
    • Knowledge and understanding of legislation, regulations, and best practices relevant to supported living services
    • Experience in staff management, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
    • A compassionate and person-centered approach to care
    • IT proficiency and ability to use electronic care management systems
    • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or equivalent qualification
    • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and challenging behaviours
