    Description
    Introduction
    An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced administrator to join a successful energy company based in North Liverpool. We are an expanding, fast-paced, dynamic company with a big presence in our market. We have a family company feel and value our people.You will be working within the billing team producing monthly bills, analysing meter data and associated duties.
    About You
    You are confident, self-motivated, willing to learn and have a desire to succeed. As the role involves contacting our customers and liaising with clients, you will have good communication skills, be calm and professional and able to communicate effectively at all levels both verbally and in writing.You possess strong problem-solving skills, have excellent attention to detail, a positive attitude and can thrive in a fast-changing environment.
    Responsibilities and duties will include
    • Accessing meter reading systems and downloading data
    • Analysis of meter readings and consumption
    • Preparing and generating bill runs
    • Data collation for efficiency monitoring
    • Schedule monitoring and review
    • Contact customers to arrange engineer visits
    • Any other ad-hoc duties as identified
    The ideal candidate will have
    Essential:
    • Competent IT Skills including Microsoft Word & Excel
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Good time management with ability to prioritise workload and work well under pressure
    • Ability to work from own initiative, independently and as part of a team
    Desirable Experience:
    • Working in a customer facing or customer services role
    • Working with domestic and business customers
    • Utility or billing
    • Senior or team leader position
    Education & Qualifications
    • Minimum of GCSE (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English
    Salary and benefits
    • Salary between £22,000 and £25,000
    • 35 hour working week – Monday to Friday between 8am and 6 pm
