    Website experience, such as WordPress (with plugins and add-ons), HTML, CSS and building custom API end points.

    Immediate Responsibilities. Create a roadmap for development and prepare iterations for testing.
    Provide internal updates to the nominated project manager to allow us to update the client regularly.
    Create FAQs and How-to-videos before project handover.

    Work under the Creative Analysis brand and use our internal systems for document storage, communication and accessing client information.

    Along with your own professional development ambitions.

    Writing briefs directly from client requirements (generally gathered on a call with the client).
    i.e. be involved in the project scoping.
    Customization of Zoho business applications including CRM, CRM Blueprints, Desk, Books, Analytics, Forms and others as needed.
    Deployment of new functionalities in Zoho applications such as custom layouts, fields, calculated fields, and related fields.

    Design and build custom reports and dashboards in Zoho Analytics utilising data from various Zoho applications (this requires SQL knowledge).

    Build and manage Zoho CRM extensions (Zoho CRM Plugins).
    Website integrations (generally for forms and data submissions from websites).
    Data migration to and from different systems.
    NET.
    Training. Zoho specific training will be provided on the job in the initial stages. You will need to apply your foundation knowledge of Deluge or .NET to this learning.
