    Marketing Manager - London - Hybrid - 6 Month Contract

    Our client, a growing HR Tech company are looking for a Marketing Manager for an interim contract.

    THE ROLE OF MARKETING MANAGER:

    Strategic go-to-market planning.

    Campaign planning and execution to build brand profile and drive demand

    Lead generation and full end-to-end lead funnel conversion optimisation

    Use a highly segmented approach to target multiple key verticals and buyer profiles

    Work with the marketing and wider commercial teams to implement and deliver innovative and results-focused acquisition, retention, cross-sell, and upsell campaigns across multiple channels (owned, paid, and earned)

    Plan and implement highly effective email and marketing automation programmes

    Facilitate the development of multi-channel thought leadership content – case studies, blogs, guides, research, webinars, video and events

    Support the sales and account management teams by providing innovative sales enablement content, including content, brochures & sales presentations

    Continually test, measure and report campaign performance

    THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THE MARKETING MANAGER ROLE:

    Marketing-related degree or similar qualification

    At least 3 years' solid marketing experience

    Good understanding of marketing strategy and keen digital awareness, tech-savvy

    Experience delivering engagement and lead generation across multiple channels

    Highly organised with an ability to plan and juggle several projects and tasks at the same time, self-motivated and capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced environment

    Strong ability to develop campaign messages and value propositions is a must, including a demonstrable high standard of copywriting, with an excellent ability for storytelling, structure, spelling, grammar, and understanding of style, tone of voice and audience

    Experience in go-to-market planning for new product launches

    Experience using CRM, data and marketing automation systems essential. Salesforce and Pardot desirable

    Basic to intermediate HTML will be required

    Great eye for brand and design
