    Senior Counsel, Wealth Management Europe Our client a leading European Wealth Management banking business are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel based in London to support the European investment management business

    The Role:

    Provide specialised, strategic legal advice and support to the business on a range of legal issues within wealth management in Europe with particular focus on investment management and custody solutions.

    Collaborate with business partners and colleagues across other functions to provide legal support and recommendations relating to the development of new products and digital solutions and Regulatory MattersAdvise on relevant law and regulation both for existing business and new product development Manage the activities of external counsel Review, draft, advise on and negotiate client terms of business and investment management agreements Review, draft, advise on and negotiate UK elements of key supplier arrangements as and when appropriate.

    Candidate Profile Qualified Lawyer with experience working in in-house within financial services or Private Practice ideally with experience in investment management and or custody services.

    Proven business/industry expertise with in-depth, specialized knowledge and experience of UK and European regulations concerning private wealth / investment management services.
